Talk about a guy that wants to get back in the good graces of the New York Giants fan. Tiki Barber, who is notorious for being critical of his former head coach and his teammates, said something completely out of blue in regards to just how good he thinks Eli Manning is in comparison to his older brother Peyton while speaking with Brandon Tierney and Dana Jacobsen on the CBS Sports Radio Network. It is going to surprise you. “The expectation was that he was never going to be Peyton. I remember having these conversations with people who watched Eli in college, saying, ‘He’s good, but he’s never going to be Peyton, he’s not Peyton.’ Guess what? I think he’s better than Peyton,” Barber said. “Because of clutch. What matters in sports? It’s winning and losing. You get to the stage and what do you do? Eli’s gotten there and he’s won.” Quite the change from a few years ago, right? Oh yeah, this really isn’t much of debate. I’m a Giants apologist and won’t give Eli more dap than Peyton when it comes to overall skill and talent. Sure, Eli has one more win and better overall playoff success [...]

  • I already disliked Tiki Barber because of how he threw Coughlin and Eli under the bus when he left the Giants, now I truly despise this little priick. Guess he thought he was gonna be a huge success in sports talk media, but it became obvious in a short time that he sucked at that, so he isn't working for anybody right now. I was so happy that when the Giants won the Super Bowl right after he left the team that he missed out on 'THE RING'. This guy is such a scummy little bastard now that he is trying to turn things around by lauding Eli now. Anyone who would leave his pregnant wife for another woman needs to be taken out back and have his sorry asss kicked around the block. PHUCK YOU tiki, go to hell you phony little Bastaard.
