With Thursday marking the conclusion of the Jets' stay in Cortland, N.Y., so ends another week of Tim Tebow hysteria.
In recent days, the backup quarterback exceeded his usual hype, covering most of the news spectrum with continued training camp struggles (and secrets), his 25th birthday, and, yes, that certain magazine cover.
On Tuesday, the latest issue of GQ magazine was released, with Tebow featured front and center, and also in a few questionable poses.
Predictably, some backlash ensued, frustrating Tebow, whose firm beliefs keep him from ever toeing the line of indecency. As it turns out, he was just as surprised to see it -- six years late, at that.
