Looking for the next big sleeper pick off waivers in fantasy football 2012?  Introducing Brian Hartline, a guy many fantasy football owners have heard about, but few have considered. Coming into week 4 of fantasy football, Brian Hartline was in the top 20 WR in the NFL in targets as he was averaging 10 targets  per game.  He had caught 13 passes in 3 weeks for 202 yards, or an average of 67.3 yards per game.  As the season progresses, Hartline and rookie QB Ryan Tannehill are getting more in sync, and against the Arizona Cardinals, things really came together. At halftime, Hartline had 6 receptions for 110 yards and 0 TD.  If you are struggling with a questionable WR3/Flex (Greg Little anyone?)  You will want to check your waiver wire for Hartline.  In PPR leagues he becomes a WR3 immediately based on targets alone, and when he starts finding the end zone he will have even more value.
