The Tennessee Titans have two prime time, nationally televised games in 2012 at LP Field: on Thursday, Oct. 11, against Pittsburgh and on Monday, Dec. 17 against the Jets. It is the second straight season that the Titans will play the Steelers, handing the Titans one of their worst losses, 38-17, in 2011 during Tennessees 9-7 campaign. One of the most exciting games will be the season and home opener on Sept. 9 when quarterback Tom Brady and the reigning AFC champion New England Patriots come to town. Sunday, Sept. 23, offers an intriguing match-up against Detroit and head coach Jim Schwartz, the Titans' long-time defensive coach, who brings several former Titans assistant coaches with him. On Oct. 28, Indianapolis and the likely No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft, Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck, visit LP Field. The defending AFC South champion Texans visits town on Dec. 2 and the Titans go to Houston on Sept. 30. On Dec. 23, the Titans travel to legendary Lambeau Field and play Green Bay and quarterback Aaron Rodgers, just one season removed from being Super Bowl champions. The bye week is Nov. 18 in Week 11.
