The Tennessee Titans have signed former Philadelphia Eagles and Indianapolis Colt guard Kyle DeVan to an undisclosed contract on Monday. To make room on the roster Tennessee released undrafted rookie running back Daryl Whiting of Fordham. DeVan, a former substitute teacher, was also been a member of the New York Jets in 2008 before joining the Boise Burn of AF2. DeVan was the Colts starting right guard in 2009 and has had 36 career starts since joining the league in 2008.
