According to Todd Archer of ESPNDallas.com, the Cowboys Anthony Spencer’s agent Jordan Woy have held preliminary contract talks. Both sides are hopeful something can get done.
If the Cowoys place the franchise tag on Spencer, they’ll be on the hook to pay him $10.6 million in 2013.
Even though Spencer had a great season in 2012, there’s no telling how well he’ll perform...
