Chiefs Gab:
3-Carlton Gray: Received a large signing bonus to come to Kansas city and produced 10 tackles and no interceptions. The following season in a training camp scrimmage against the Saints he sucker punched a player at the bottom of the pile. Pretty classy move after that he only appeared in four games. After the season he was given his out right release.
2-Chester McGlockton: Recruited to K.C. by the late Derrick Thomas and Andre Rison. They had every reason to recruit him four Pro Bowls in six seasons with the Raiders. Signed a contract worth five years 30 million. The return on that money for the Chiefs was 3 seasons 6.5 sacks and several offside penalties. Obviously not the difference maker he was brought in to be.
1-Kendrell Bell: Former Steeler and NFL Defensive Rookie of The Year. Showed tons of potential in the black and gold. I remember being all for the signing at the time. Hindsight is 20/20. He was given a 7 year 24 million dollar deal with 10 million in guarantees. Bell then gave the Chiefs 3 seasons of horrible play accumulating 98 tackles and 2.5 sacks.
