Found June 03, 2013 on NFL Draft Zone:
I work for the Feds, so I couldn’t think of a better topic then a top ten best ever NFL mugshots.  For how many arrests happen on a weekly basis for NFL football players, you should be able to do a top fifty, but I had to put a list together of the top 10 best ever, Check them out: At 10: Marshawn Lynch, RB, Seattle Seahawks – DUI – The dude is serious, he looks hard core. Now that he has focused back on running the ball, he has been an amazing back, but I had to put him at #10. Lynch had a few run-ins with the law while playing for Buffalo, but we all knew Marshawn would have problems driving after his incident driving the Cal Golf Cart?       At 9: PRIMETIME – Deion Sanders with his own COME ON MAN. NFL star Deion Sanders was arrested in June 1996 by Florida cops and charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Lee County Port Authority Police caught Sanders, who played for the Dallas Cowboys at the time, fishing on a lake owned by the Southwest Florida International Airport. The 28-year-old defensive back had ignored ‘no trespassing’ and ‘no fishing’ signs posted on the property as well as an earlier law enforcement warning to stay away from the lake. 8. Lawrence Taylor – All I can do is just shake my head, he didn’t just do it once, but three times. He is currently incarcerated right now as well.  Sad to see a hall of famer in this shape.  I can tell you he is probably struggling a little bit in prison, I mean most people with money are extorted. Good Luck LT, that female case should help you out quite a bit with the homies in jail. 7. Adrian “Crooked Eye” Peterson – This is one ugly mugshot for a guy that is a beast on the football field.  Now I know why the guy is so dominate on the football field, he can look straight ahead with one eye, and use his other eye as a zoom in version.  Pretty amazing stuff, for the future Hall Of Fame Runningback. This guy is a stud back, even though his case was thrown out, this mugshot was classic, I still don’t know what he is doing? 6. Ray Lewis – While many say he is guilty of murder, and others brought it up every day during his Super Bowl run, Ray Ray went on to finish his career as a stud linebacker.  Ray Lewis is one of my favorite players, but let’s just say he does get convicted of this murder?  If he does we never see the great player and leader on the field.  In a way I am glad I was able to see his career, but if he did murder someone it will come back to haunt him, ASK OJ. 5. Michael Irvin – Were you at Mike? Irvin went on a spree where he was arrested 3 times for possession of drugs.  The crack cocaine was beginning to look like a downfall, but Mike has been able to turn his career around, and finish it out strong.  He has since made it to the Hall of Fame, but not before three mugshots.  Irvin just gave up on his third and final mugshot, this one he busted a smile for us in the media world.     4. Ricky Williams – He was awesome as a back but he looked like Milli Vanilli in his mugshot.  This was a picture I am sure he wishes he could take back.  Williams had a problem with marijuana for a while, but this was not for the wacky tabacki, rather for a DUI.  Williams retired when many believed he still had some gas left in the tank.     3. Ryan Leaf – Man this guys career was a train wreck. He was the guy that was drafted before Peyton Manning, he was the guy that was suppose to lead his team to the playoffs, but instead he ran his LIFE right into the ground.  A once highly touted college player ruined his career when he broke into a building/dwelling.  He was hit with Burglary and is still currently incarcerated.  This was a sad waste of a talent. 2. O.J. Simpson – While I wasn’t going to put O.J. up on my list, I had too, because his case was probably the most historic case in NFL history.  O.J.’s “Glove Don’t Fit” trail with Johnny Cochran will go down in history of one of the best performances ever.  O.J. was convicted of a double homicide and walked out the court room as a free man.  That didn’t last long though, as he is sitting in a prison cell right now, years later for stealing back his belongings from a memorabilia shop. Karma is a mother OJ, Good luck in jail. The number one best mugshot for all NFL athletes happened last year.  Desmond Bryant, My question is WHAT ARE YOU DOING? I don’t need to say anything about this mugshot it is classic.       I know what Deion would say right about now…..COME ON MAN put your tongue away.   So you have seen my top ten mugshots list, who are your favorites?  Let me know on twitter @drocksthaparty.

Bruce Irvin suspension creates opportunity for Seahawks’ UDFAs

Since the draft, I’ve been wondering which of the Seattle Seahawks’ un-drafted free-agents has the greatest chance of making the team. Bruce Irvin getting caught with dirty pee creates added opportunity for the linebackers and defensive ends. Irvin plays what Pete Carroll calls the Leo position: a hybrid LB/DE suited for an athlete fast enough for pass coverage, strong enough...

Former Lions and Seahawks wide receiver Mike Williams was recently signed by the Toronto Argonauts.  Just like his NFL career, it didn’t last very long. According to TSN.ca, Williams was released by the Argonauts this past Friday. It’s likely safe to assume that Williams’ football career is over.     Need NFL Tickets? The post Mike Williams already done in the CFL appeared...

Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll told the media that guard Bobby Carpenter underwent arthroscopic knee surgery this offseason. “Carp is on the road back,” Carroll said. “He had a minor, cleanup-surgery done about five, six weeks ago that was extremely successful. Willson, McGrath step up after McCoy injury

Losing Anthony McCoy to an Achilles tear two weeks ago has thrown a wrench into the Seattle Seahawks' plans for their tight end position. The Seahawks were hoping fifth-round pick Luke Willson would be the missing piece to bolster offensive production from the group along with McCoy and starter Zach Miller. But once the Seahawks filled that hole, another one emerged. McCoy&...

Seattle Seahawks Select DT Jordan Hill In The 2013 NFL Draft

3.25 Seattle Seahawks Jordan Hill, DT, Penn State (6-1 ¼, 303) With the 25th pick in the third round of the NFL Draft, the Seahawks selected DT Jordan Hill from Penn State. The Seahawks like guys that can do different things and Hill is kind of in between positions for them as he transitions to the pro game. He doesn’t have ideal size for a defensive tackle but is quick enough...

In the 2012-2013 season, the Seattle Seahawks finished with an 11-5 record and beat the Washington Redskins in the Wild Card game before narrowly losing to the Atlanta Falcons. So much, in fact, that there's hardly any room left in the bandwagon; Football fans favor the...

While he was winning national championships as head coach at USC, Pete Carroll became nearly as famous for his sideline fans as he did for his team's play on the field. Even a USC practice could bring out the most elite of Hollywood elite. Well, Carroll is firmly entrenched in Seattle, and has his Seahawks positioned as a Super Bowl favorite. It's a far cry from college...
