Like most every RB class in recent memory, this class is powered predominantly underclassmen. And like many classes before it, there are a select few that have elevated themselves from the pack.

Unfortunately, due to an overall decreased need NFL-wide for RBs, many of these elite talents slip farther than they should. Be it the bust potential of RBs or the evolution of NFL offenses, gone are the days where the top rated RB goes 1.01. These rankings will be subject to change after the combine; where somebody always raises or drops their stock. At this point last year, very few people were singing the praises of Matt Forte of Tulane...
