Training Camp Preview – The 2011 Storylines

While there was a walk-through this morning, the real practice starts today at 2:25PM ET, here’s a quick rundown of some of the stories that we’re looking at watching play out over the course of camp.  We’ve added some the stories we’re watching closely… add yours in the comments! New Leadership – During the Mark Sanchez Era, the team has relied on help from the likes of Thomas Jones or Tony Richardson to help provide leadership to the Jets offense.  No longer. This is now Mark’s team and he’s expected to be the vocal and exemplary leader both on the field and in the meeting room.  We’ve seen the glimpses of it for a few years now … Jets West, his carrying his teammates pads … but the mantle is now his — officially. Slowly Changing Dimensions – In addition to the new official leader of the offense, other changes afoot on the offense.  Plaxico is going to have to find his spot, Keller has react to the shift we saw last season in Mark’s seemingly immed...
