Queen City Sports:
Somewhere along the change in servers the last few True or False articles were deleted. Unfortunately I do not have the standings due to this. Things like this happen so no big deal.
That said, we’ll march forward into a few week and see what the writers at Queen City Sports believe are true or false in regards to the Bills-Rams game.
1. The Bills defense will hold the Rams offense to 10 points or less.
Brandon Hess: False. The Bills defense has been improving over the last three weeks, but they aren’t the 85′ Bears or the 2000 Ravens. St. Louis will find the end zone at least twice.
Michael Bundt: False, it’s hard to hold any team to 10 points or less. Even if St. Louis struggles, they’ll score at least 10 points.
Ryan Talbot: I’ll go with false here. For three consecutive weeks the Bills defense have held teams to 10 points. This is such a low amount that I can’t expect it to continue.
2. C.J. Spiller will lead the Bills in carries.
Hess: True. If Spiller finishes the game healthy and doesn’t lead the Bills in carries then either Buffalo had such a big lead that CJ was being rested or Chan Gailey has officially caught Mike Martz syndrome. I don’t see either happening.
Bundt: False, for some reason, Chan likes to give Jackson the rock more than Spiller. I expect that to continue on Sunday.
Talbot: True. I think this week Spiller carries the load for Buffalo and ends with more carries than Jackson.
3. Mario Williams will record a sack against the Rams.
Hess: True. Sam Bradford has been dropped 30 times this season, third most in the NFL. Pressure will be key for Buffalo in this match-up and I believe Mario will get his mitts on Bradford at least once.
Bundt: True. Williams is on such a role right now. How can you go against him right now.
Talbot: True. Williams is playing great and the Rams offensive line is questionable.
4. Danny Amendola will have at least 5 receptions.
This question unfortunately will not count as Amendola was ruled as inactive for this week’s game.
5. The Bills will record two interceptions against the Rams.
Hess: False. Bradford has only 9 picks on the season, and St. Louis is likely to lean heavily on the run game which should limit Buffalo’s opportunity for interceptions.
Bundt: False. I’m not saying that won’t but that I highly doubt they will.
Talbot: True. I’m predicted Gilmore getting his first INT for a while now. I think this week it happens and then one of our safeties collects another.

Buffalo Bills fans weren't expecting tight end Lee Smith to leap into the stands after he caught a touchdown pass in the third quarter of Sunday's game at Ralph Wilson Stadium. As a result, the fans didn't catch Smith, as he was expecting them to do, and Smith fell backwards into the stands in an embarrassing touchdown celebration fail.
Bills fans need to get with...
Not in the way the so-called “theme song” for the team had intended. The Buffalo Bills blew a six-point lead at halftime against a sub par Rams team at home, and were getting booed more than cheered for a good part of the game. Head Coach Chan Gailey claimed he was “scared” to kick a 52-yard field goal after Rian Lindell showed he still has strength in that veteran leg...
It's one thing to throw on the towel; for Chan Gailey, he might want to wait until the bell rings. After losing to go 5-8, Gailey said on Monday morning: “The playoffs are out of the picture for us now,” Gailey said in his post-game press conference. If the Bills win their last 3 games and get help from around the AFC, they still have a shot at the sixth seed with an 8-8 record.
C.J. Spiller leads all NFL running backs in yards per carry, but he's certainly no threat to lead the league in carries.Spiller, the Buffalo Bills' most explosive player (and probably their best player, too) was given just seven rushes and one reception to work with Sunday against the St. Louis Rams. That wasn't enough for him, or for the team, as Buffalo (5-8) lost 15...
Michael Vick may end up being a free agent after the season. Would the Buffalo Bills have interest in signing him if he's available?
Lead writer Nick St. Denis and AFC East Daily contributors Dan Begnoche and Sean Donovan pick the Buffalo Bills' contest with the visiting NFC's St. Louis Rams. Nick's take: Only two quarterbacks have been sacked more times than Sam Bradford, so the Bills' Mario Williams-led front-seven, despite missing Chris Kelsay, should have plenty of opportunities to get into...
St. Louis Rams coach Jeff Fisher has announced that wide
receiver Danny Amendola is shaping up to be a game-time decision Sunday against
the Buffalo Bills, while running back Stephen Jackson is probable to play.
WR Danny Amendola (foot), LB Mario Haggan (elbow) are questionable. Coach Jeff Fisher said Amendola will be a game time decision.

Sam Bradford and the St Louis Rams are growing up before our eyes. Once again they found themselves entering the halftime break, trailing on the road despite a strong defensive effort, trying to dig themselves out of a hole of their own making on offense. Once again, the Rams made adjustments to their gameplan, and got big plays from someone other than Danny Amendola to secure a...
Rams receiver Chris Givens led the team with 10 targets but finished fourth in receiving yardage with 25 yards on three catches Sunday at Buffalo.Fantasy Spin:Givens has received increased attention from Sam Bradford with Danny Amendola out. That trend continued Sunday but it didn't amount to much for Givens owners, though he did catch a two-point conversion in the fourth quarter.
As Bills fans saw Buffalo fall once again in disappointing fashion yesterday, they must’ve been thinking to themselves, why does this always happen to us?
With a chance to get back into the playoff race, the Bills wasted a golden opportunity at a win, allowing a last minute touchdown pass to Sam Bradford as they fell to the Rams 15-12.
What couldn’t be seen in the box score that...
It’s safe to call it a season Bills fans. At 5-8, the Buffalo Bills are likely looking at another losing season. On that depressing note, let’s take a look at 6 Things I Bill-ieve following Buffalo’s loss to the Rams.
1. Mario Williams is Worth Every Penny
On Sunday, Mario Williams notched another sack, taking him to 10.5 on the season. He became the first Buffalo Bill since...
ORCHARD PARK -- The National Football League is a league of finishers, according to Buffalo Bills linebacker Bryan Scott. "The teams that know how to finish, win," he said. "And the teams that don't, lose." Scott's theory passed muster Sunday afternoon at soggy Ralph Wilson Stadium as the St. Louis Rams, behind quarterback Sam Bradford, finished with...
The shock of reading the headline may match the stunning news of hearing that Luke Skywalker was the son of Darth Vader or that the chick in the Crying Game wasn't a chick or that Ned Stark's head would be rolling down the street in Kings Landing or that Bruce Willis is in fact, dead.
This has been the biggest complaint so far for Gailey. In 2010, the Bills...
