Looks like Bill Parcells put a phone call in to his son-in-law and got himself a quarterback. The Dolphins landed Kansas City Chiefs QB Tyler Thigpen for an undisclosed draft pick. I don't know why, but I sort of like this pickup. Oh, not in a "Oh the rest of the NFL is ****** now!" kind of way. But still. Thigpen is 25, started 11 games last year and can sling the rock. Here he is catching a 37-yard touchdown pass off a trick play (Wild Cat?). And here he is ******* a skeleton in the ass. What an athlete!He's merely here as a backup. We needed a veteran QB to back up Chad Henne because there was no way in hell the Trifecta was going to allow Pat I'm So Nervous Imma Pee M'Pants White backup The Robot.Also, it's not Brooks Bollinger. So there's that.
