David Akers joined the ranks of Tom Dempsey (1970), Jason Elam (1998), and Sebastian Janikowski (2011) for the record of longest NFL field goal. You can view the video below.

After the ball clunked off of the cross bar and went forward, David Akers tied the NFL record for the longest field goal at 63 yards. His reaction was priceless, as was those of his teammates. Not only did they act like he helped them win the Super Bowl, but he looked completely shocked. The video is below:
