Pro Sports Daily:
Minnesota Vikings punter Chris Kluwe didn't mince words while sharing his thoughts on former New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams' speech prior to the team's playoff game against the San Francisco 49ers.
"'The way you earn respect is through fear.' Are you (expletive) kidding me?" Kluwe posted on his Twitter account, referencing a line from Williams' speech.
"What kind of neanderthal message does that send. No wonder this world's so messed up if people think that's an appropriate way to act and are willing to defend that kind of behavior."
While Kluwe admitted that some of Williams' words were simply traditional coach speak, he took issue with targeting ACLs and intentionally trying to hit a concussion victim again.
Documentary filmmaker Sean Pamphilon captured former Williams delivering a fiery, profranity-laced speech urging his club to injure quarterback Alex Smith, running back Frank Gore and wideou...

A pair of Minnesota Vikings teammates can't let go of the thought they should have been playing in the Super Bowl two-plus years ago after the latest came to light on former New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams' bounty system.
Audio released Thursday demonstrated Williams' tough tactics before a January playoff game against the San Francisco 49ers...
When audio of Gregg Williams‘ speech to his Saints troops was leaked earlier this week, subsequently setting the internet ablaze, some have argued that other coaches use the same verbal tactics, while others were genuinely disgusted with Williams ordering defenders to purposely injure the opposition.
You can definitely count Vikings punter Chris Kluwe into the latter category....
When we hear a comment, regardless of its importance, context is everything, and sometimes it takes the passage of time to bring to light the true context behind things players and coaches say.
As we all know by now, Gregg Williams was slammed with an indefinite suspension last month by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. The penalty is the most severe punishment ever handed down to...
Former Tampa Buccaneers legend Warren Sapp has once again cast his opinion regarding the New Orleans Saints ongoing soap opera.
In an interview with The Contra Costa Times, Sapp responded to the audio tape that surfaced yesterday of former Saints DC Gregg Williams more or less demanding that his players maim certain 49ers prior to a NFC Wild Card playoff game last season.
There is no way to defend Gregg Williams now, no way to hear those words on tape and not acknowledge that the former defensive coordinator of the New Orleans Saints crossed lines in ways that not only deserved, but demanded significant punishment.
Whatever you thought of Bountygate before -- and the notion that everyone in the NFL operates this way has been a persistent undercurrent...
As a vilifed group showed up to beg for a reduced sentence, the brainchild of their crime stared down more evidence that he should never again be paid to coach football on any level.
Gregg Williams ought to be banned for life.
New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton visited the NFL’s mothership Thursday, to appeal to the compassionate side of his judge, jury and arbitrator—commissioner...
Gregg Williams bounty talk freakout will dominate the news today, so it looks like we’ll need any excuse to escape the rampant outrage and grandstanding wherever possible. Except there’s not a whole lot else going on to distract from the sanctimony. Bummer. In news fit only for post reaching, RBIII did get a chance to meet with Condoleezza Rice. Huh. That’s… [Nantz voice...
The mess in New Orleans that is BountyGate got a bit worse yesterday when audio went viral of former team defensive coordinator Greg Williams. Williams, as you will clearly hear discusses taking out Frank Gore, Alex Smith, and Kyle Williams of the 49ers before the two teams were scheduled to play.
This audio was recorded by Sean Pamphilon, a film director who had access to the...
Above is a 3 minute sample from the 30 minutes recorded during the New Orleans Saints defensive meeting, conducted by Greg Williams. The Saints were getting set to play the Marvel Avengers. A team full of superheroes, and amazing athletes. This is obviously a joke, but a pretty funny one. -TO

Sean Payton Plays the Bongos
I’ve never played in the NFL, and I stopped playing football in high school, but I’d be a fool to believe the Saints are the only people to do this. Are they being turned into a...

The writing is probably on the wall for Gregg Williams. For his role in the New Orleans Saints bounty program the team’s former defensive coordinator was suspended indefinitely by the NFL. Then the audio of a pregame speech he gave for a game against the San Francisco 49ers came out and that was [...]
As if the regular season matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and the New Orleans Saints did not have enough built-in drama, the pregame speech by Gregg Williams before last season’s playoff matchup may be the ultimate bulletin board material, months before players even take the field. Recently released recordings made during a documentary of
