This week, The New York Giants take on The Oakland Raiders in their first home game since the opener against Washington. Though The Giants' injury list is lengthy, there is no team in the league more equip to handle it. Jerry Reese has assembled one of The NFL's deepest squads in masterful fashion. We can only hope that Big Blue's depth continues to thrive.
A Look Ahead to Sunday
Oakland comes to New York banged up as well, as they are without two starting offensive linemen, and running back Darren McFadden. Even without Michael Boley, New York's defense should look to once again dominate what has been an inept offense to this point in the season.
According to Mike Garfolo, rookie left tackle William Beatty could see some time at tight end if Kevin Boss sits this one out. Eli Manning was held out of practice along with Boss on Wednesday, but sounds optimistic about his chances to play Sunday.
