Sportsday:
I said this a post ago, but why is Tony Romo in this game?
He was just sacked by David Hawthorne, the TCU-ex, and fum, bled at the Cowboys 7. Not only why is he in the game, why is he throwing the ball? The Cowboys are up 28 points. Romo had time to throw before Hawthorne broke free but why put him at risk here?
This makes no sense. They've already pulled Flozell Adams. They're subbing liberally at tight end and receiver. Rest Romo. Put in Jon Kitna.
It's not that hard, is it?
Serves the Cowboys right with fullback Justin Griffith scoring on a 4-yard pass from Matt Hasselbeck to make it 38-17 with 8:40 to go.
Anybody with me on this?
