If there was ever a great example of a chicken running around with its head cut off, it's the New York Jets' quarterback situation for the past few seasons. Mark Sanchez was the fifth overall pick in the 2009 NFL draft. In order to obtain the fifth overall pick, the Jets traded away two draft picks and three players. Tim Tebow, whom the Jets desperately want to get rid of now, was apparently worth trading away a fourth-round and sixth-round pick and giving the Denver Broncos over $2.5 million.Tebow was acquired to give the Jets a more dynamic offense by implementing him in the running game. Many teams were successful with running quarterbacks last season, including the Redskins, the Seahawks, and the 49ers.
