The 2013 NFL season could be renamed the year of the injury with as many star players missing a good chunk of time due to serious health issues. Players like Rob Gronkowski who are key to their teams success just can’t seem to catch any luck and keeps rebreaking his arm. While the game of football can be tough and rough, there is nothing that players can really do to prevent this type of injury. But this past week when you see Ray Rice, Maurice Jones-Drew, Vick Ballard and more go down, it starts to show some cause for concern. While the NFL is a melting pot of superior athletes, proper training such as using beta-alanine would help develop muscle mass, but endurance as well.  On one of my fantasy football teams I have wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, and all three running backs; Reggie Bush, Jones-Drew and Rice. Now for a fantasy owner, this is a nightmare. But truth be told, while all of these injuries couldn’t had been prevented, some I am sure could have. With today’s NFL players...
