Bills Insider:
Posted by ESPN.com's Tim Graham
Is it possible the Buffalo Bills have been involved in the three ugliest games in the NFL this year? All in a row?
Winning ugly isn't a problem -- just as long as you finish with more points than the other team.
The Bills won their second straight road game by knocking off the Carolina Panthers 20-9 in Bank of America Stadium.
The Bills dropped a 6-3 snoozer to the Cleveland Browns in Week 5, edged out the New York Jets in overtime last week and did enough Sunday to get past the bumbling Panthers, whose only points for most of the game came when they tackled Fred Jackson in the Bills' end zone.
The Panthers outgained the Bills 425-167.
But for the third straight week, the Bills faced some atrocious quarterback play. Derek Anderson somehow won despite two completions. Mark Sanchez threw five interceptions. ESPN
