WSU Football Blog:
So since WSU Football is all "Mike Leach!" these days, and for the forseeable future, it's probably a good idea to try and learn about the Air Raid offense. You know, Leach's calling card, the spread 'em out and throw it all over the yard scheme that puts up yards and points in bunches? Yeah, that offense will be on full display in Pullman this fall.
We have at least seen a sneak preview already, from the WSU spring game. But sort of like the Dark Knight Rises trailers that are pretty much everywhere right now, the spring game is like a 2-minute tease to wet the appetite, and most importantly, leaves you wanting much, MUCH more!
A few of us were talking about trying to get detailed/geeky over the Air Raid, and maybe at some point this summer doing a post about the details of the offense, the evolution of Leach and his coaching tree, etc. But guess what?? You're in luck, because SMARTFOOTBALL.COM has launched a fantastic read on all things Air Raid/...

Larry Fitzgerald didn’t get to where he is at by slacking, so when he invites you to work out with him, show up. Michael Floyd found that out when Fitzgerald sent a tweet, putting the rookie receiver on blast.
Just finished a great workout with @Wellefast. I'm charging @MichaelMFloyd with a DWI "don't want it" he missed a 3rd straight workout 2day.
Larry Fitzgerald has gone Zen in Chile. Hes visited the troops in Kuwait and Iraq. Hes photographed the Roman Colosseum. Hes lent a hand across drought-stricken Africa, and hes helped distribute hearing aids in Malaysia and Thailand.

Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald recently spoke about how he would like to go into orbit one day, but it's too expensive right now.

To help quench your thirst, BC is going on a 32 team, 32 day, 32 gallery tour of NFL cheerleaders/superfans.
Today we bring you the lovely ladies of the Arizona Cardinals, a cheerleading...
Larry Fitzgerald of the Arizona Cardinals is many things. A Leader, an Elite Wideout, and….. an Astronaut?
Well, maybe not an Astronaut quite yet, but he has plans of going into orbit one day. The Cardinals star receiver was quoted by the Team’s Official Website saying that he has plans to travel outside of this world one day – just not now, because the price is too high.
Larry Fitzgerald has proven himself to be one of the best wide receivers on the planet. He may become one of the best receivers off the planet, too. In a recent interview with Darren Urban of the Arizona Cardinals' website, Fitzgerald said he wants to someday go to space. "I try to make decisions ... within my means," Fitzgerald told Urban. "I want to go into orbit...
An opportunity to prove relevancy
The Washington State Cougars, slapped with the label of bottom-dweller for nearly a decade, have a chance prove the naysayers wrong and create fireworks in a Pac-12 North this season.
The acquisition of Mike Leach and the implementation of the air raid offense has invigorated life into a once dormant fan base.
Not surprisingly, the Cougars are...
Could another Thursday night road game by USC's undoing?
In a year in which the Pac-12 is thought to have two major powers and a bunch of rebuilding teams, finding true "Danger Games" in the conference isn't easy. With that in mind, here are five games that look a little more upset-likely than expected.
5. Sacramento St. at Colorado (Sept. 2)
