Vince Young is finally able to serve as the backup quarterback in Philadelphia after being cleared in his recovery from a strained hamstring.Young missed the first three weeks of the regular season working his way back from the injury, leaving backup duties to Mike Kafka. After starter Michael Vick went down to injury in consecutive weeks, Kafka was pressed into emergency duty.Young is coming off a tumultuous tenure in Tennessee, where off-the-field incidents strained his relationship with the team.The 28-year-old threw for 1,255 yards with 10 touchdowns and three interceptions in nine games last season.
