Free Safety Demps Leaves Game with Knee Injury
Free safety Quintin Demps left Friday’s preseason game in the first quarter against the Jaguars with an apparent left knee injury, according to Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Inquirer. Demps left the game immediately, and the team was quick to announce that he would not return. He wasn’t a threat to start for the Eagles, but his loss would hurt their special teams coverage units.
