According to Josina Anderson of ESPN, the Oakland Raiders have re-signed defensive end Andre Carter to a one-year deal.

Josina Anderson is reporting that she’s been informed that the Oakland Raiders have reached an agreement with DE Andre Carter on a one-year deal.
