NFL suspends Brett Hartmann for eight games

Former Houston Texans punter Brett Hartmann has been suspended by the NFL for an additional eight games. He was already suspended for the first three games for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy. Hartmann was cut during the preseason.
