It was first reported by ESPN's Jeff Legwold that the Denver Broncos have signed defensive end Brian Sanford. He is listed at 6'2 280lbs and will provide depth along the defensive line for the Broncos.
The Broncos have since announced the move.

Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com reports that the Broncos have signed DE Brian Sanford to a contract on Tuesday.
Legwold adds that Sanford is expected to attend meetings Tuesday night.
Sanford, 26, signed with Cleveland as an undrafted free agent back in 2010, but was later claimed off of waivers by the Raiders before he ultimately re-signed with Cleveland last December.
The Browns released the names of the eleven players that they have signed as undrafted free agents. Earlier today the team made room on the roster by releasing Vince Young, Alex Tanney, Fozzy Whitaker, Brian Sanford and Brandon Hughes.

The 6-foot-2, 280-pound Sanford spent the past three seasons with Cleveland but was waived on Aug. 31 when the club made final roster cuts. He was claimed by Oakland and in appeared in five games, making one start, before he was waived by the Raiders on Dec. 7.
