Vikings Promote Tight End Chase Ford

Chase Ford has been promoted from the practice squad to the active roster. Ford will be looked to take injured Rhett Ellion’s spot on the roster. Ford went undrafted in 2012 and has spent time with the Cowboys and Eagles. To make room for Ford the Vikings released defensive end Justin Trattou.
