The Buffalo Bills placed center Eric Wood and rookie linebacker Chris White on injured reserve with torn anterior cruciate ligaments.
They got hurt against the Dallas Cowboys during a 44-7 loss.
Wood also missed six games in his rookie season with a broken leg.
Bills head coach Chan Gailey will have two vacant roster spots as Eric Wood and Chris White are placed on injured reserve.
