According to Mike Wells of ESPN.com, the MRI on Fleener’s knee came back negative.

For a second straight preseason game Indianapolis Colts tight end Coby Fleener has exited with an injury.
Fleener left Sunday nights preseason game with what the Colts have deemed a “mild knee sprain.”

Coby Fleener disappointed a bit in his rookie season due to inconsistencies and injuries. Coming into his second season all indications are that Fleener is making big strides under his former OC from Stanford Pep Hamilton. Here is what his OC is saying about the talented TE:

There has been no official word if the head injury suffered by Indianapolis Colts tight end is a concussion. On Thursday the tight end was upgraded to full participation during the teams practice. This would seem to signal that he will be active on Sunday.
Fleener did not catch a pass in Week 3 against Jacksonville. In week 2 he caught two passes for a total of 16 yards.
Fans were excited when Coby Fleener was drafted in April, and they had some reason to be.
Fleener was the most athletically gifted tight end in the draft, and his connection with Andrew Luck was thought to give him a natural edge to start the season.
But so far this season, Fleener has been bad, underwhelming at best.
He’s had a few good moments, giving Luck a target to throw...
