The season continues for one member of the Burgundy and Gold, as Redskins practice squad offensive lineman Eric Olsen is Bayou-bound. Â Earlier this week, he was officially signed to the 53-man playoff roster of the New Orleans Saints.

While Washington Redskins players packed their belongings and prepared to head to their offseason homes, a member of their practice squad was headed to the playoffs.
The New Orleans Saints on Monday signed guard/center Eric Olsen, who had spent the entire season on Washington’s practice squad, to their 53-man roster to help shore up the interior of their line.
