Vikings Won't Re-Sign WR Greg Camarillo
The Vikings told WR Greg Camarillo last week that they won't re-sign him, according to the Pioneer Press. Possession receiver Camarillo, who has the lowest drop rate (2 percent) of any WR in the NFL since 2008, saw limited action in 2011 with WR Percy Harvin in the slot. WR Greg Camarillo Will Not Return to Vikings in 2012
The Pioneer Press is reporting the Vikings have informed veteran wide receiver Greg Camarillo, that they’re not re-signing him. Camarillo will be let go after 2 non-successful seasons in Minnesota, and I say good riddance.
During his tenure with the Vikings, Camarillo caught 29 balls, for 361 yards, and only 1 touchdown. Pretty pathetic numbers, to say the least. I was surprised...
