Raiders cut Johnson, Eugene

Raiders Cut CB Chris Johnson, SS Hiram Eugene To Get Under Cap

The Raiders got closer to getting under the salary cap by cutting cornerback Chris Johnson and safety Hiram Eugene. Johnson was due to make $3.5 million next season.
