Raiders Release DT John Henderson, OG Cooper Carlisle

The Oakland Raiders have released defensive tackle John Henderson and right offensive guard Cooper Carlisle according to Andrew Brandt of ESPN. Brandt says the moves were done to give the team some salary cap breathing room. Henderson was released with a failed physical designation.
