Titans C Jon Cooper retired Friday and accepted a coaching position at Oklahoma. Cooper, 25, signed with the Titans this offseason. He was a member of the Vikings last season but did not play. The Tennessee Titans have agreed to a deal with center/guard Jon Cooper, who spent the past two seasons with the Minnesota Vikings.
