Patriots Pro Bowl guard Logan Mankins played in Super Bowl with torn ACL
New England Patriots Pro Bowl guard Logan Mankins suffered a late season knee injury which kept him out of the season finale; however, it got even worse. During the Super Bowl Mankins tore his ACL and continued to play.

Logan Mankins Suffered a Sprained MCL Against Miami
Good news out of Foxborough: Logan Mankins will not need surgery as he just has a sprained MCL.
