SAN DIEGO (AP) -- The San Diego Chargers have signed Australian-born punter Mat McBriar to replace the injured Mike Scifres.
Scifres broke his left collarbone Sunday night in a 23-14 loss to New England when Brandon Bolden crashed into him after blocking a punt in the second quarter.
