The Colts signed OT Mike Tepper from their practice squad to the active roster and waived DB Jermale Hines, the team announced Monday. Tepper was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Cowboys in 2010 but did not see game action. The Colts claimed Hines off of waivers last week.
