Eagles S Allen leaves with concussion Monday
Philadelphia Eagles safety Nate Allen exited Monday night's game against the Chicago Bears after suffering a concussion.
Allen was hurt in the first quarter during Chicago's opening-game scoring drive.
Allen, who starts at free safety, has 23 tackles and one interception in seven games this season.
