NFL fines Saints S Harper twice

The NFL has fined New Orleans Saints safety Roman Harper $22,500 for two infractions in last Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans. Harper was fined $15,000 for a helmet-to-helmet hit and $7,500 for unnecessary roughness in the Saints’ 22-17 victory over the Titans. Harper, who has 64 tackles and 6.5 sacks, has made the Pro Bowl the past two seasons.
