The Cleveland Browns have signed punter T.J. Conley. He will come in and compete with Spencer Lanning and Jake Schum. Since Conley is the only one with NFL experience, he’s likely the frontrunner at this point. T.J. spent the 2011 season on the Jets as their punter.
