Sterling Moore Scares Agent by Tweeting He Left Las Vegas in Wheelchair, Later Reveals He Was Joking
Rest assured, Patriots fans. Sterling Moore is OK. The New England cornerback tweeted on Monday that he arrived in Las Vegas walking but left in a wheelchair, generating quite the buzz amongst his followers. Among those who caught wind of Moore's tweet was his agent, Jordan Woy, who decided to text Moore to make sure everything was all right. Woy had apparently been getting asked...

Learning the collegiate nickname of Patriots DB Sterling Moore…
We spent plenty of time this year getting to know Patriots defensive back Sterling Moore. The versatile rookie ended up in a very valuable spot, knocking that ball away from Ravens WR Lee Evans in the AFC title game.
But did you know Moore had kind of a funny nickname in college? And that it had to do with him being… fat?
We can thank SMU guard Kelvin Beachum for that. He explained...

Patriots DB Sterling Moore says life hasn’t gotten any easier since the Super Bowl loss
One of the feel-good stories of the Patriots offseason was defensive back Sterling Moore, who rose from practice squad reject to playoff hero. His deflection of the pass intended for Ravens WR Lee Evans (pictured) sent the Pats into Super Bowl XLVI.
Moore was a guest last night on ESPN’s NFL32, and it’s clear he still hadn’t gotten over the defeat to the Giants...

How Sterling Moore saved the Patriots
Sterling Moore was on the Oakland Raiders practice squad at the start of this season. The undrafted rookie defensive back was then cut by Oakland and spent much of the regular season bouncing from the Patriots practice squad to the active roster. Bill Belichick decided to keep Moore on the active roster for the playoffs, a decision which Moore made sure Belichick wouldn't regret...

Unlikely Hero: Sterling Moore Saved the Patriots
Sterling Moore saved the New England Patriots. Forget Tom Brady and the explosive offense. When all was said and done it was Moore whose hand knocked the ball free from Baltimore Ravens Lee Evans saving the go-ahead touchdown. The score would have given the Ravens the lead and instead they settled for a Billy Cundiff missed field goal. Moore was originally signed by the Oakland Raiders...

What did Patriots DB Sterling Moore learn from Sunday? “This stage isn’t too big for me”
Patriots defensive back Sterling Moore delivered the most surprising performance of the season finale. He had two interceptions, returned one for a touchdown, and changed the game. The former Raiders practice squader also danced on his way to the end zone, which didn’t draw quite the reaction you’d expect in the film room.
“If anything,” Moore said with a...

The New England Patriots have waived CB Sterling Moore
The New England Patriots have waived 21-year old rookie CB Sterling Moore. Moore played in 5 games for the Patriots this year and he had 6 tackles. He was an undrafted rookie out of SMU, so the Patriots didn’t have much invested in him. He’s likely going to have a hard time finding a new job as the Patriots’ are giving up 310.0 yards passing per game this...

Meet Patriots DB Sterling Moore, who is feeling good and has funny earrings
The Patriots promoted Sterling Moore from the practice squad to the 53-man roster today, as he filled the void left by Josh Barrett. He’d been around for a while, but obviously, today was different.
Of course, the 5-foot-10, 205-pound former SMU student was pretty psyched.
“Man, it’s just a great feeling,” Moore said today. “Thankful for the opportunity...
