Eagles Sign DE Everette Brown, CB Trevard Lindley

The Eagles signed DE Everette Brown and CB Trevard Lindley each to a two-year contract, the team announced Wednesday. Brown, a second-round pick by the Panthers in 2009, has played in 31 career games. he has 49 tackles, six sacks, three forced fumbles and one interception.
