Raiders Sign S Usama Young

  Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports reports that the Raiders have signed S Usama Young to a two-year contract. Young, 28, appeared in 12 games for the Raiders last season and contributed 26 tackles, 2.5 sacks and an interception.
