ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today that forward Andy McDonald will return to St. Louis after suffering a head injury at the end of the second period last night in Dallas.  McDonald will be further evaluated by Dr. Rick Wright.
