St. Louis Blues forwards Patrik Berglund and T.J. Oshie have both been ruled out for tonight's opening playoff game against the Chicago Blackhawks, according to Lou Korac on twitter.Oshie is suffering from an upper body injury that caused him to miss the final two games of the regular season. He received an illegal check to the head from Michael Rupp in the third-last game of the year against the Minnesota Wild. Oshie has been skating with the team but has not been cleared for contact yet.Meanwhile, Berglund is suffering from an apparent shoulder injury that is considered day-to-day. He suffered the injury last Friday against the Dallas Stars.Both players' statuses for the rest of the series against the Blackhawks have not been determined yet, but neither have been ruled out for extended periods of time.Either way, both absences could be major losses for the reeling Blues.
