The Bruins made life difficult for themselves on Monday, but it didn’t stop them from picking up a victory, and that’s all that matters at the end of the day.
Patrice Bergeron pointed out the Bruins’ missed opportunities after Monday’s win over the Jets, and while he certainly wishes the B’s were able to take care of business more easily, he still finds their performance encouraging. Bergeron understands that there are going to be times this year when the Bruins need to grind out wins, especially given the uniqueness of this year’s shortened season, and the veteran forward was pleased with how Boston “found a way” despite the missed chances.
