Photo courtesy of AP/Charles Krupa The Chicago Blackhawks have won the Stanley Cup with the most improbable final moments in Stanley Cup history. The Boston Bruins were leading 2-1 with 1:16 left in the third period of game 6, when the improbable happened. Brian Bickel tied the game up for the Blackhawks and then Derek Bolland put them ahead 17 seconds later. What a phenomenal game and series this was. Congrats to the Chicago Blackhawks for winning their second Stanley Cup in the last four years. Check out the videos of the fantastic finish after the jump. And here’s the cup clincher…just 17 seconds later I’d like to give a special thank you to the NHL for making this season one of the best I can remember. Maybe it was that condensed schedule, or maybe it was just all of the phenomenal athletes? But whatever it was, keep on doing it.
