The Anaheim Ducks announced that Cam Fowler is on good pace of his recovery after suffering a sprained MCL (knee injury).Fowler sprained his MCL in mid-march. He was expected to miss 3-5 weeks to recover from the injury. Earlier this week it was announced that he took the ice again and started skating laps. Of course it is not the intensity he is used too but it is a start for his rehab recovery.Sarah Connors-Wikimedia CommonsThere have been reports that if the progression goes as well as it has been that he could be back in the line-up before the regular season ends...or at the beginning of the post-season.  Fowler will continue with his rehab and skate a bit longer/stronger on a daily basis. The team wants Fowler back but at the same time they don't want him to push hard too fast and reinjure the muscle.
