The Anaheim Ducks claimed Niklas Hagman on re-entry waivers Monday, hoping the veteran forward can spark a moribund offense to life.Hagman, who was placed on waivers by the Calgary Flames last week, will likely step into an immediate top-six role with the Ducks. Anaheim (6-8-3) is tied with Calgary for the fewest goals in the Western Conference with 35.With the exception of 41-year-old winger Teemu Selanne, every one of the Ducks' offensive stars are struggling. Defending Maurice Richard Trophy winner Corey Perry has has just six goals so far this season, while Bobby Ryan and Ryan Getzlaf each have nine points in 17 games.Hagman fell out of favor in Calgary after registering a goal and three assists in eight games. He'll likely take over for Andrew Cogliano on the second line alongside Selanne and Saku Koivu.
