So the Bruins lost out on Jarome Iginla last week. But fans who are still upset that the former Flames captain chose Pittsburgh over Boston can smile once again, as it appears as if Jaromir Jagr is coming to Boston. Which player is a better pick up? Jagr heading to the B’s or Iginla to the Pens? Both are future Hockey Hall of Fame wingers and both can put the puck in the net. Jagr has the edge in career goals, assists and points (and age) but also spent the majority of the last five seasons overseas while Iginla remained in the NHL playing just about every game in that span (Iginla was scratched just before last Wednesday’s win over Colorado, ending a consecutive games played streak at 441). John Jaeckel: Target: Jagr

Follow me @jaeckel Happy April Fools' Day. But this is no joke. I was informed this morning that if the Dallas Stars can't extend Jaromir Jagr by today, he goes on the trade market. Welcome to the Hotstove! As always, I'm your host, Travis Yost. The 2013 Trade Deadline didn't have the same quantity of trades we've grown accustomed to seeing over the years, but there were a handful of mini-blockbusters in the final hour. Ty Anderson: Bruins acquire Jagr; Sens in Boston

After missing out on Michael Ryder, Brenden Morrow, and Jarome Iginla, you had a feeling that it was going to take an army of Ray Shero's to make it four straight strikeouts for general manager Peter Chiarelli and the Boston Bruins. But without the Pens to swipe in at the last moment (You'd hope -- strike that, pray), Chiarelli's fourth deadline attempt to bolster...
