New York Islanders veterans Brian Rolston and Steve Staios are dealing with concussion-like symptoms. Rolston has been ruled out indefinitely after exiting Thursday's game against the Dallas Stars in the first period. The 38-year-old Rolston has collected three goals, four assists and four penalty minutes in 27 games this season. Staios has been sidelined throughout the week with what was originally termed an upper body injury. The 38-year-old Staios has five assists and 33 penalty minutes this season.
